My exhibition preview is also a retirement “rap” as my lovely time at Culloden Academy, teaching is coming to an end. This is the start of my next chapter as an artist again – exciting times!

Retirement is good. Lots of time for inspiration; gallery visits and taking in our wonderful landscape through changing weather and dramatic light. Promoting my work and getting it out there is much more time consuming and energy needy than I thought – exciting though it is! I am full of admiration for all the creatives who manage to do this and produce work at the same time…..hats off to you!!
